Each participant who has registered for the tournament will be registered in the list of registered participants on the tournament website www.xmasjesenikopen.cz/en/list-of-registred/
Accommodation is provided in the same building as the playing hall, specifically in the dormitory of the Secondary School of Industry Jesenik at Dukelska 1240/27, Jesenik. We offer triple rooms at the price of 660 CZK/person per day + a fee of 40 CZK/person per day. If you require a separate room or a room with its own bathroom and toilet (6 rooms), the price is 760 CZK/person per day + fee of the stay + 40 CZK/person per day. For two rooms there is a common athroom, i.e. toilet, shower and washbasin. There is a small common kitchen on each floorand Wi-Fi internet is free for guests. There is also a public transport stop nearby.
Entry fee and accommodation must be paid by cashless payment to the organizer's account number IBAN: CZ94 0300 0000 0001 0477 5468, BIC (SWIFT): CEKOCZPP no later than 23.12.2025. An invoice will be issued for your payment. Foreign chess players who have participated in one of our open tournaments JESENIK OPEN or XMAS JESENIK OPEN in the last seven years since 2017 can pay the starting fee and accommodation in cash on 26.12.2025 in Jesenik to the organizer!
5% discount on the entry fee and accommodation for payment by 30 November 2025
10% discount for groups of 7 or more players
If the number of registered players reaches 80, due to limited capacity of the playing hall, additional entries will be entered as substitutes only and will be only in the event of a withdrawal of a player who has already registered.
In case you are unable to participate in the tournament due to illness etc., the entire amount paid will be refunded without any cancellation fee!
