Each participant who has registered for the tournament will be registered in the list of registered participants on the tournament website www.xmasjesenikopen.cz/en/list-of-registred/
Accommodation is provided until capacity is reached in Hotel M at Dukelská 1240/27, Jeseník in the same building as the playing room. We offer triple rooms at the price of 600 CZK/person per day + a fee of 40 CZK/person per day. If you require a separate room or a room with its own bathroom and toilet (6 rooms), the price is 740 CZK/person per day + fee of the stay + 40 CZK/person per day. For two rooms there is a common bathroom, i.e. toilet, shower and washbasin. There is a common kitchen on each floor and Wi-Fi internet is available for guests.
The player who pays the entry fee and, if applicable, accommodation if provided by the organizer at Hotel M. The entry fee and accommodation must be paid by cashless payment or deposit to the organizer's account number IBAN: CZ94 0300 0000 0001 0477 5468, BIC (SWIFT): CEKOCZPP no later than 23.12.2024. An invoice will be issued for your payment. Foreign chess players who have participated in one of our open tournaments in the last seven years can pay the entry fee and accommodation in cash on 26.12.2024 in Jesenik to the organizer!
10% discount will be given to everyone who registers and pays the entry fee and accommodation by 31.10.2024
5% discount will be given to all those who register and pay the entry fee and accommodation by 30.11.2024
The tournament will be held with a minimum of 40 registered players by 31.10.2024 otherwise the tournament will be cancelled without refund and the entry fee will be refunded or even the payment for accommodation if provided by the organizer in Hotel M.
If the number of registered players reaches 90, due to the limited capacity of the playing hall, the next registered players will be considered as substitutes only and will be included in the tournament only in case of withdrawal of a player already registered.
In case you are unable to participate in the tournament due to illness etc., the entire amount paid will be refunded without any cancellation fee!
